@toni thanks. It was a bit surreal, definitely different taking a hike in the fog versus a brightly lit day. Go far enough out and on the way back you start wondering if you missed a turn, since there are so few visible landmarks in these conditions. But what we did see had a kind of haunting ghostly beauty to it.
