When in doubt. Over communicate.

Being wrong is not a bad thing. It means there's one less thing you can try before being right. Being wrong and giving up… is a bad thing.

When in doubt check the assumptions on which you base your assumptions. Poisoned roots sprout no leaves. When the problem speaks… Listen.

When searching for problems in code and in life remember to look up and down. Floor, ceiling, call stack. All places we forget to look. Do.

Ignoring a problem is rarely the answer. A wise man takes the first step quickly, disarming the problem, lest a mole hill become a mountain.

Sometimes the problem IS the network. Just don't let it go to your head when it is. Next time it probably won't be 🙂

The novice tries to control everything. The master actively chooses to release control of things to control of others. Choose well, accept.

Integrity is not having nothing to be embarrassed about, but admitting to that which we are ashamed and working constantly for improvement.
